So how did it all begin? Business Evening Network was launched by old friends and business acquaintances Mandy Cardwell and Martin Day. They wanted to create a network of people who would grow their businesses by sharing information and best practice, as well as recommending the products and services of the whole group.
Mandy is joint owner of Adminzone Ltd, a Farington based business with more than 350 clients across Lancashire, offering Sage products and training, bookkeeping and a range of virtual office services including telephone answering. Before launching Adminzone three years ago, Mandy ran her own Sage training business for 16 years. A seasoned networker, Mandy wanted to escape the crack of dawn starts and rigid structure of many traditional networking groups – and when she couldn’t find what she wanted, set up her own!
